Term Description
Actor Some one who performs a 'skit'. Usually a Gang Stalker
Awaken When you first realise that you are a target. Once you start to analysis things, you then realise you've been a target for years.
Cell Tower Masts covered with electronic equipment, transceivers and dishes which enable your mobile / cell phone to work. They operate in the microwave radio spectrum.
Controller See Handler
DEW Directed Energy Weapons. Usually Microwave Weapons, which causes pain on the outside of the targets body. This leads to inflammation, burning and red burn marks. Most TI's believe that they originate from microwave enabled satellites, although some believe phone cell towers are used.
Directed Energy Weapons See DEW.

Handler
 The person, or persons who have been assigned to you by your attackers. It could be the person who talks to you via the Microwave Auditory Effect (V2K), or a person who controls your Gang Stalkers.
Gang Stalkers A group of people, which could number over 50 (100 have been reported at anyone time), who follow you around your location to harass you, spread false rumours, make signals and generally cause stress through psychological warfare / tactics. These people are easily led, gullible fools. See my Jobs page for a better description. They try to make you feel as if everyone is out to get you, by flooding your location with their people, but they are a small number compared to most of a city which are not involved.
Gaslighting or gas-lighting is a form of mental abuse in which information is twisted or spun, selectively omitted to favour the abuser, or false information is presented with the intent of making victims doubt their own memory, perception, and sanity.
Microwave Auditory Effect Microwave frequencies are aimed at your head. Where two of these signals combine, they create sound in the inner ear. This sound can then be heard by the TI, as speech or music etc. The effect has been known for decades. Their are patents available on the subject.
Microwave Weapons Don't get this confused with a microwave you cook with. Microwaves are a radio frequency, ranging from,300 MHz (100 cm) and 300 GHz (0.1 cm). They produce electromagnetic radiation and cannot be detected with a Geiger counter which detected nuclear radiation. Frequencies in the microwave range are often referred to by their IEEE radar band designations: S, C, X, Ku, K, or Ka band, or by similar NATO or EU designations. See Wiki for more information.
Neuro Weapon A weapons technology that is similar to a microwave weapon, but which is used at a much lower power level and is far more subtle. Is it used to read the targets mind, inject sounds in to the inner ear using the 'Microwave Auditory Effect'
PACTS International People Against Covert Torture & Surveillance, International. An organisation run by Derrick Robinson, for TI's.
Perp Perpetrator. A person who is attacking you, pointing you out as a target, a handler, or an infiltrator, or a gang stalker. Basically your enemy or your abuser. TI's will often call another pretend TI a 'Perp' when they suspect they are a mole from the CIA/FBI or some other security service organisation - they're their to stop TI organisations from working in a coherent manner, by spreading rumours and disinformation. e.g. "It's Lizard people" or "It's Aliens", or some other form of bullshit. They are to be outed or ignored.
Psy-ops Psychological Operations. A branch of the military, although it could be a branch of a private security company, that deals with psychological warfare. They are used to break the spirit / moral of there target, to spread propaganda, lies and disinformation.
Skit A part acted out by a person, usually in a exaggerated manor. For example, you see an old lady with a walking stick who can barely move, she then looks at you, throws her walking stick in to the air then runs up a small embankment. Most skits are as ridiculous as the example, but are designed to make you notice them. A form of psychological conditioning.
Spec-ops Special Operation. A branch of the military, although it could be a branch of a private security company,,that are "special" or unconventional and carried out by dedicated special forces and other special operations forces units using unconventional methods,,resources and sometimes exotic weapons. Special operations may be performed independently of or in conjunction with, conventional military operations. The primary goal is to achieve a political or military objective where a conventional force requirement does not exist or might adversely affect the overall strategic outcome. Special operations are usually conducted in a low-profile manner that aims to achieve the advantages of speed, surprise, and violence of action against an unsuspecting target. Special ops are typically carried out with limited numbers of highly trained personnel that are adaptable, self-reliant and able to operate in all environments, and able to use unconventional combat skills and equipment
Targeted Individual See TI.
TI Targeted Individual. The person who is being attacked by Directed Energy Weapons, or/and Microwave-Auditory-Effect / Brain reading.
V2K Abbreviation of 'Voice To Skull'. A military term used for the technology used (K for skull?? Well the military aren't that clever are they! See Microwave Auditory Effect.
